Main stages of purchase and export of heavy machinery:

2)We send you Proforma Invoice by email.

3)You receive Proforma Invoice and make a payment by T/T or open L/C before the due date . After that please send us a Bank transfer confirmation sheet (T/T slip) or a copy of L/C by email or fax.

4)After the transfer arrives or our bank confirms your L/C, we begin shipment procedures and prepare export documents. When all the documents are ready, the machinery will pass export procedures and will be loaded on board of ship.
Shipment type may differ, depending on the vehicle’s size and destination port. We will ship
either by Ro-Ro class vessel or by container (20-feet / 40-feet / 40-feet HIGH CUBE).
5) We will receive Bill of Lading document soon after the departure. After that we will gather the necessary documents and send the complete set to you by express mail service (DHL, EMS, UPS) as soon as possible.
